Charlie Scott’s started in Manchester with one clear rule. If a product would not be right for Charlie, it would not be offered to anyone else.

Charlie, a poodle terrier mix, shaped every early decision. From structured bedding to enrichment furniture and daily essentials, the focus was always the same. Choose carefully. Choose better. Choose products that serve a real purpose.

Before launching the store, Scott built Charlie & Friends, a trusted dog walking and pet sitting company in Manchester. Years of daily, hands-on experience with hundreds of dogs and cats revealed something important. Most pets do not need more products. They need better ones.
