Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 1 working day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day and dispatched shortly after.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is typically 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier conditions. During busy periods, delivery may take longer.

Express delivery options may be available at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer a £3.99 flat rate for standard delivery on orders under £30. Standard delivery is free for orders over £30.

Please note that some products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Where this applies, shipping costs are calculated separately per item or supplier, and free delivery over £30 may not apply.

Shipping costs and options are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

Some oversized or heavy items may incur additional delivery charges to remote UK areas, including parts of the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

The dog was very pleased with the bed

The dog was very pleased with the bed. He had one in a smaller size and dragged it everywhere, even up the stairs to bed and he is only a small Cavapoo so he needed some help. This one though is staying in the lounge. 😊
