Order Processing

We aim to process most orders within 1 working day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Standard UK delivery typically takes 1 to 2 working days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier conditions and periods of high demand.

Supplier-shipped products may have different delivery times. Where applicable, these are shown on the individual product page.

Express delivery options may be available at checkout for eligible products.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Standard UK delivery costs £3.99 on orders under £40. Free standard UK delivery applies on qualifying orders over £40, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

Some supplier-shipped products have their own delivery arrangements. These may include free delivery, a separate free-delivery threshold or a delivery charge calculated at checkout. Any product-specific delivery terms are shown on the individual product page.

pidan and CocoCat cat litter products qualify for free UK delivery when you spend over £40 on eligible pidan and CocoCat cat litter products.

If your order contains products with different delivery arrangements, from different suppliers or dispatched from different locations, separate delivery charges may apply. Free-delivery thresholds are calculated only against the products covered by that particular delivery arrangement.

Some oversized or heavy items may incur additional delivery charges to certain UK locations. Where an additional charge applies and cannot be calculated at checkout, we will contact you before dispatch.

We deliver across the United Kingdom and to certain additional locations where supported by the relevant courier or supplier. Delivery availability, charges and times may vary for Northern Ireland, BFPO addresses, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
